The offer of the mining division is primarily, but not exclusively, dedicated to underground mining with explosive endangered zones. Therefore, it mostly includes flameproof/explosion-proof and intrinsically safe solutions for which  ATEX certificates in category M1 and M2 Group I have been granted. The company offers, among other things, tailor-made intrinsically-safe automation and communication systems; loud-speaking, signalling and emergency blocking systems; visualization of industrial processes; hoisting machines; tracking systems; lighting; cable boxes; power supply and distribution. Elektrometal solutions can also be provided with individual software support.

The main part of its activity in the mining sector involves the development of turnkey projects, in case of which after a thorough goal analysis carried out in cooperation with the customer, Elektrometal may offer individual solutions including the following stages: strategy elaboration with the customer, product design, production, delivery, implementation and start-up. Every project is always delivered with technical support and assistance.

The gas division includes residential control and metering cabinets, smart gas metering systems (remote reading of gas consumption), diaphragm gas meters, gas regulators and gas boxes.

The lighting division offers the most efficient and modern luminaries intended for multiple application in ATEX zones 1, 2, 21 and 22, Category 2D, 3D, 2G, 3G, Group II. Highly resistant high-bay, low-bay and linear lamps in different variations and options meets the majority of industrial lighting needs.

POTENTIAL OF THE COMPANY

The registered office of ELEKTROMETAL SA is based in its own industrial unit with a total floor area of over 23,000 m². The plant is located on the plot of land of 4.53 ha belonging to the company, located in the suburbs of Cieszyn next to the international road leading to the nearby border crossing to the Czech Republic.

The company has significant material resources in the field of designing modern (technical) constructions and technologies and manufacturing equipment that is necessary for the implementation of primary production and services as well as the modernisation and development of planned works. 

It also has modernised machinery and a wide range of technologies developed over many years of experience. They are adapted to  both long and short production runs.
