INFORMATION NOTE

According to Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 I inform you that:

2) to facilitate the implementation of your rights, we have appointed a Personal Data Coordinator. If you want to ask a question about the processing of your personal data in Elektrometal SA, do it via the e-mail address: rodo@elektrometal.com.pl, and our Personal Data Coordinator will provide you with all information;

3) Your personal information will be processed for marketing purposes – newsletter subscription;

4) Your personal data will not be transferred to other parties or to third countries (outside the EU);

5) Your personal data will be stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter;

6) You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing of data, the right to transfer the data, make objections and to withdraw the consent at any time without affecting the legality of processing, which was performed based on consent before its withdrawal;

7) You have the right to submit a complaint to the president of the Personal Data Protection Office when you consider that the processing of your personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection regulation of 27 April 2016;

8) Providing your personal data is voluntary. The consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to provide the service.
