Intelligent ISO base control
CERTIFICATE:

The ISO Intelligent Haulage Control System is designed to optimise haulage operation and reduce losses caused by production stoppages.
Advantages:
Advantages:
- Extension of the availability time of active haulage
- Reduction of potential revenue losses
- Low investment cost compared to potential benefits
- Extending the life of machines and devices
DESCRIPTION
Implementation:
- Installation of a COU-22 mined material presence sensor on each conveyor
- Conveyor control system software update enabling implementation of the innovative haulage control algorithm
- Optional SCADA system modification
FEATURES/TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
The main element of the intelligent ISO haulage control is the COU-22 mined material presence sensor, which, in cooperation with the ELSAP system controllers and the UGS-10 system, is a device for detecting mined material on the conveyor belt.
The operating status is indicated by a two-colour light-emitting diode placed in the device housing, while the output contacts connected to the terminal strip are appropriately controlled.
