SLOGAN-SGA/08 GRAPHIC-ALPHANUMERIC SIGNAL
The signalling device displays warning or information messages programmed into its memory.
Signaling device SGA/08 provides the display of fixed, pulsating, scrolling texts and simple graphics. For short messages, up to 8 characters inclusive, the message is displayed without scrolling the text. When selecting a longer message, up to 64 characters, the signaling device displays it, automatically starting the text scrolling. The set of 64 messages is divided into sixteen equal groups. The selection of one of them is controlled by microswitches placed inside the housing. The message number from a given subgroup is selected by the user via two intrinsically safe external contacts. It is possible to select the displayed text remotely, using the RS485 serial link.
