CRI-97/1 INTRINSICALLY SAFE MOTION SENSOR
CERTIFICATE:
The CRI-97/1 intrinsically safe motion sensor is used in mining plants.
It is used to control the movement of a conveyor belt in cooperation with a local UML microprocessor device.
DESCRIPTION
The main element of the device is an inductive sensor of the Ni10-P18-Y1X/S97 or PCIN-8 Ex type, which responds to the introduction of metal into the sensor's sensitive zone. The movement of the roller with hollow holes changes the sensor's output resistance. The difference in resistance is used in the conditions of cooperation of the sensor and the DC switching amplifier, the input circuit of which supplies the sensor.
