FERPI-5 ELECTROPNEUMATIC DISTRIBUTOR INTRINSICALLY SAFE
FERPI type spark-safe electropneumatic distributors are used in machines and devices operating in underground mining excavations.
FERPI type spark-safe electropneumatic distributors are designed for electrical control of the flow direction of compressed air supplying receivers such as actuators and pneumatic motors used in machines and devices operating in underground mining excavations:
- at risk of methane explosion with a "b" or "c" degree of explosion hazard,
- Class A and B coal dust explosion hazard.
FERPI type intrinsically safe electropneumatic distributors are category M1 devices and their power supply does not have to be switched off in the event of an explosive atmosphere.
