CERTIFICATE:
The EM440 module is intended for use as an application module to work with input/output modules to implement a programmable electronic machine or process control system.
The special design and software enable the module to be used as a logical subsystem for implementing a safety-related control system with a safety integrity level of SIL 2.
Module redundancy with a special monitoring connection enables SIL 3 to be achieved.
