The SmartView system is a modular application that provides the ability to track the status and location of individual mining equipment. The application's functionality has been divided into separate parts, allowing for its easy expansion and configuration to suit the customer's needs. The system is prepared to support multiple users simultaneously, providing mutual exchange of data in real time. The application also has the ability to exchange data with existing systems. The heart of the entire system is SmartView Server responsible for communication with dedicated devices and data management and synchronization.
SmartDump module
It allows you to perform a compressed backup to a user-specified location. Additionally, it allows you to send a .zip file to a specified email address on the internal network.
SmartWorkerMonitor module
It enables monitoring of working time. Sends automatic notifications via e-mail, SMS or to a dedicated application on the client station, about exceeded working time. Possible cooperation with the EMLOK-16 system.
SmartImport module
Synchronization of mine workers. Data from an external system is sent to the server, where the worker is automatically hired/fired and assigned a lamp.
Most important functionalities:
- Adding, editing, and deleting new cartridges without having to interrupt the program.
- Automatically adding lamps to the system.
- Remote control of helmet lamps.
- Assigning employees to a lamp. -> Ability to add, edit, delete and synchronize with an external server.
- Assigning lamps to chargers. (Viewing damaged and failure lamps, lamps in wrong positions, lamps without employees, spare lamps, duplicates, damaged positions, lamps with unassigned factory number).
- Manual distribution of guest lamps and replacement lamps.
- Reports of lamps failing beyond 12 hours.
- Reports of damaged lamps/chargers.
- Device operating time reports.
- All reports can be filtered, personalized and saved to pdf files.
- Adding/editing lamp transponders.
